Role Overview: Leadership position managing a multidisciplinary team supporting JLL's Sustainability Consulting services. Focus on team development, delivery quality, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement & Project Leadership: Manage complex project delivery with full financial accountability while building strategic client relationships and supporting new business development
Team Leadership & People Development: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Sustainability experts through recruiting, coaching, and workflow management
Operational & Process Excellence: Implement standardized processes, oversee quality governance, and balance resource allocation while analyzing SOW requirements and financial implications
Client Advisory & Business Development: Serve as trusted advisor providing sustainability and compliance consulting services while identifying new business opportunities
Business and Program Structure: Demonstrate advanced understanding of client accounts and business structures with multiple examples of cross-functional team collaborations while providing support or leading implementation of proposed solutions
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, presenting sustainability initiatives and providing clear guidance on critical tasks
Qualifications:
7-10 years professional experience in sustainability, compliance reporting, or consulting analytics
Proven team management and people leadership with ability to coach and develop talent
Strong project management experience with financial accountability for project delivery
Advanced Excel proficiency and excellent client-facing communication skills
Preferred: Real estate/building performance experience with technical expertise in environmental reporting software and managing multidisciplinary teams
