By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, full on site from our office in Bucharest for the first 6 months.
After this period, the working model will be hybrid.
How you’ll make an impact:
Plan and facilitate weekly (as required) team calls/meetings. May present and facilitate at group meetings and new hire integrations; may develop presentation content;
Create annual team objectives with direct manager approval. Monitor and coach team to meet objectives - prepares, coordinates and conducts performance appraisals, and counsels employees on career and performance/disciplinary issues;
May participate, either voluntarily or through direct manager’s request, on task forces, process teams, committees and special projects;
Use different tools and databases to understand team activity and results. Involved in monthly calculations and checks;
Has recurrent meetings with all employees that are part of their direct team, prepares an agenda, listens actively, gives and documents feedback, supports the employee in career development and suggests training plan;
Coordinates team motivation activities and runs engagement surveys to understand the needs and motivation of the team;
Create plans to solve different problems at staff level;
Identifies possible attrition risks and documents them with the help of tools provided by the company and takes actions to prevent attrition .

Skills that make your work successful:
Proven Team Lead experience, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and coaching team members;
Experience in HR AREA with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities;
Bachelor’s Degree;
Advanced level of English and French.
