Role Definition
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Indirect Material Procurement team at the Minerbio facility, supporting a six-month project.
The role aims to support the implementation of new corporate procurement tools within the facility’s processes. The candidate will become familiar with existing procurement workflows and will be responsible for transferring current data and information into the new corporate data flow, enabling the activation of the corporate platform according to a defined implementation plan and timeline.
The Procurement Analyst will interact with multiple facility departments, Global Support Services within the CAT organization, and external suppliers, mainly based in Italy.
A key objective of the role is to support the facility team in identifying potential issues during the implementation phase and to ensure the correct interaction between existing and new systems, in close collaboration with the local IT team.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain supplier master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Upload supplier catalogues and ensure data consistency in compliance with corporate and facility procurement policies.
- Support the deployment of procurement process documentation (e.g. guidelines, procedures, checklists).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to sourcing strategies and procurement processes.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team when required.
Education Requirement
Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply chain.
Fluent in English.
Advanced in IT tools.
