What will you do?

• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to design and implement solutions that align with the platform capabilities roadmap
• Research and pilot the latest GenAI technologies and practices
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, motivating change and fostering innovation within the team
• Create and maintain technical design artifacts that describe application functionality, solution designs, data models, interfaces, and integrations
• Use and enhance our DevOps practices and tools to enforce software guardrails, increase automation, and help engineers build code faster, at a lower cost, and lower risk
• Stay current with industry advancements in cloud technologies, AWS services, and AI/ML
• Provide post-production support for deployed applications, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

We require someone with/Key experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in development and design
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in AWS Cloud with understanding of Data engineering and Data science work streams.
• API, SQL/NoSQL DBs - PgVector​, Python, DevOps Experience - Container(Docker), Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD​, Terraform, CDD.
• Services: Bedrock, LLMs, Lambda, Sage maker.
• Proficiency in Python with exceptional coding and debugging abilities.
• Prior experience in delivering Gen AI projects e.g. RAG-based chatbots.
• Proficiency in Python programming and API development for AI-driven applications.
• Experience applying LLMs for structured data extraction and automation workflows in real-world scenarios.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/IT or related field
• 5 years of experience in application development and design
• Backend: Python
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud services, including Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Familiarity with vector database, prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices:
• Version control (Git)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Containerization (Docker) and Orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end full stack development for Generative AI projects
