We are looking for Lead Industry Managers in our Singapore-based Greater China Export Sales Team. This person will oversee an explosive growth opportunity in the Greater China Region with a unique potential for sustained global impact. This role will report directly to the Managing Director of Sales for the Greater China Region.

What you’ll do:
- Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Partner Managers to deliver against quarterly revenue targets for the Greater China markets.
- Liaise and serve as the key point of contact for key agencies in the Greater China Region ; develop, maintain and deepen the relationships with the senior stakeholders of Pinterest’s sales partners.
- Develop and deploy acquisition and retention sales strategy & programs that drive results for Pinterest’s sales partners.
- Implement processes and strategies at scale to grow revenue and empower the team to operate at scale.
- Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders across time zones in a timely and clear fashion.
- Work cross-regionally and cross-functionally to build cohesive partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders, including product, sales operations, and marketing.
- Plan and participate in local Pinterest marketing events and present on behalf of Pinterest’s business.
- Motivate and develop sales talent in partnership with the Vendor, creating a positive culture of accountability.
- Utilize predictive modeling to forecast campaign performance and budget impact, enabling smarter allocation of resources for clients.
- Advise clients on leveraging Pinterest’s AI-powered audience targeting tools to reach the most relevant users with the highest conversion potential.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
- Well-acquainted with the export advertising business of the Greater China market; experienced in working with sales partners in the Greater China area.
- A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
- Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
- Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.
