Senior AP Accountant with English

We currently looking for Senior AP Accountant to our team in Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end responsibility for the Accounts Payable process in line with company policies and procedures

• Processing and posting of purchase invoices:

  • with purchase orders (PO)

  • without purchase orders (non‑PO)

• Formal and substantive verification of cost and goods invoices

• Monitoring and managing invoice approval workflows up to payment

• Reconciliation of vendor balances and independent clarification of open items

• Participation in month‑end closing activities

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements in daily operations

• Ongoing monitoring, optimization, and improvement of AP processes

• Cooperation with other departments (Procurement, Finance, HR, local entities)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable / vendor accounting

• Very good understanding of the end‑to‑end AP process

• Practical experience with:

  • PO and non‑PO invoices

  • approval workflows

  • GL account assignment for purchase orders

  • vendor account reconciliations

• Knowledge of SOX compliance principles in daily operations (internal training will be provided)

• Knowledge of SAP systems

• Very good command of English (recruitment interview conducted in English)

• French, Italian or German are considered an advantage

• Willingness to work hybrid form Wrocław
