What you will be doing

1. Automation Innovation:

• Focus on process improvement (Manual to Automation)
• Application integration (Various O365 applications)
• RPA technologies exploration (AA, python, VB, Power Automate)

2. Designing & develop RPA solution:

• Scripting and coding via various RPA tools
• Workflow analysis & Optimization

3. Main Project: Power Apps & Power Automate:

• Full SDLC experience
• User support

4. Power BI Dashboard:

• Develop PBI dashboard in BI Excel and BI desktop
• Maintain & Schedule reporting

5. Documentation:

• Create workflow diagrams and documents the automation procedures
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Automation Anywhere (AA)

What you should have

• Excel - Intermediate to Advanced level
• VB Scripts, Microsoft Power platform, Automation Anywhere (AA), Python
• Problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Communication & collaboration skills

Learning Outcomes

1. Process Analysis & Automation Mindset:

• Learn how to observe business processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess which steps are suitable for automation.

2. Hands-on RPA & Automation Tool Skills:

• Gain practical experience building, testing, and maintaining automations using tools such as RPA platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Python, VB), including workflow logic, error handling, and basic scripting.

3. Collaboration, Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

• Learn to work with business users and IT teams, document automation flows clearly, troubleshoot issues, and improve automations based on feedback and performance metrics.
