Summary:
In the role of Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This includes overseeing the integration of advanced tools and methodologies to enhance the accuracy and reliability of testing outcomes. The role demands a forward-thinking approach to develop predictive and intelligent testing strategies, leveraging automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement in quality control across projects. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive transformation and maintain high standards of integrity in testing is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to implement continuous testing and quality engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with performance testing and debugging in SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test automation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
