Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of the target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and complete their tasks. This role focuses on crafting seamless and efficient experiences that align with user expectations and business goals. The workday includes collaborating with different stakeholders to gather insights, iterating on design concepts, and ensuring that the final experience is intuitive and accessible for a diverse user base. Continuous evaluation and refinement of user journeys are key to delivering impactful solutions that enhance overall satisfaction and usability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design and development processes.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging trends and technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into user experience design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: User Interface Development, Visual Design and Development.
- Strong ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Familiarity with design tools and software that support collaborative and iterative design processes.
- Capability to analyze complex user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
