About the team
This team supports the hardware business in our devices organization. We interact directly with sellers and retailers. We work with our retail strategy and supply chain teams on sales forecasting and demand planning. We work closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance & Accounting, Operations and Product Management to accomplish key company initiatives.
About the role
We’re looking for a self-starter to join our fast-paced Sales Operations team. This individual is responsible for supporting sales leadership representatives through reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis. This person is quantitatively driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled at problem-solving.
This person is experienced in analyzing large amounts of data to identify insights and can work cross-functionally. This person will work closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and Product Management to accomplish key company initiatives.
For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
What you’ll be doing
- Support hardware devices demand planning activities
- Participate in weekly and bi-weekly CPFR calls with major retailers and capture key takeaways and action items
- Help create and maintain a rolling sales plan by major account, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Assist with weekly and daily sales forecasts and account reviews, preparing reports, and comparing performance against objectives
- Track inventory levels, sales trends, and market conditions to highlight risks and opportunities to the team
- Join weekly meetings with the supply and order management team and follow up on assigned tasks
- Help prepare and present agreed-upon forecasts to a variety of stakeholders in a clear and organized format
- Assist the Director of Business Planning and VP of Retail Strategy in developing short- and long-term strategic plans, including preparation of annual business plans and budgets
- Regularly communicate status, risks, and opportunities to the extended stakeholder group in a concise, structured manner
- Contribute to the development of new reporting and dashboards that support continuous improvement across the company
- Document and update business processes, roles and responsibilities, and end-to-end workflows (process mapping) under guidance from senior team members
