About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager.
The Product Owner (PO) owns a defined cloud product area and is accountable for delivering IAM approved outcomes. This role focuses on embedding security, identity, and governance by default into cloud platforms through prescriptive requirements, reusable patterns, and measurable controls, in close partnership with product management, engineering, and cybersecurity teams.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience delivering cloud‑based products with a strong focus on security‑by‑design principles (e.g., IAM, guardrails, policy‑as‑code).
- Experience applying human‑centered design principles to complex problem spaces.
- Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level communication.
- Ability to influence and lead in a matrixed, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with agile delivery teams and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving clarity, alignment, and outcomes.

Job Expectations:
The PO serves as the business authority for the product area, translating cloud security objectives into a clear vision, prioritized backlog, and executable delivery that scales across cloud environments.
- Act as the business authority at the product area level to Secure Cloud.
- Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, strategy, and priorities while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
- Partner with the Product Manager on the overall product intention map and roadmap.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Facilitate continuous collaboration between customers, stakeholders, cybersecurity, and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Own and actively prioritize a clear, transparent product area backlog aligned to the product vision and goals.
- Define and refine features and user stories, including business readiness stories, with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to refine features and support sequencing and dependency management.
- Ensure all known work is captured in the backlog and appropriately linked (Story → Feature → Epic).
- Accept user stories that meet acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
- Participate actively in all product area ceremonies and events.
- Identify and resolve prioritization and sequencing conflicts across products and product areas.
- Provide ongoing support to delivery teams by answering questions and removing escalated impediments.
- Maintain consistent, cadenced communication with the Product Manager and delivery teams.
- Coordinate with business analysts, delivery coordinators, other product owners, and shared supporting roles.
- Mandate Skills (GCP) : Google Cloud Platform expertise, Terraform knowledge, Sentinel and Prisma knowledge, identity federation and SSO in GCP, GCP IAM (roles, policies, service accounts), cloud security and compliance knowledge.Entra ID,/ Active Directory, MFA, and Identity verification. Define product vision and roadmap, with clear prioritization
- Optional Skills (GCP): Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) integrations and identity‑related alerting.OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Okta or any other authentication tools Own initiatives, DCMS items, and remediation activitiesUnderstand role binding and authorization in cloud environmentsStrong understanding of authentication concepts and flows
- Mandate Skills (Azure / Entra ID): Strong expertise in Entra ID administration, including identity lifecycle management, conditional access Policy, Authentication Methods, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), SSO (Single Sign-On), and RBAC. Hands‑on skills in security and governance, Splunk, Event Hub, Logic App, AAD-Connect, federation (SAML/OAuth
- Optional Skills (Azure / Entra ID): Covering Zero Trust, identity protection, monitoring, and integration with on‑prem AD/Azure services.
