Role Scope:

We are looking for a Manager of Strategy & Operations to join the Operations Organization driving launch implementation, care delivery operations, and enterprise-level strategic initiatives. This role will lead high-priority, cross-functional projects to enable Habitat to scale its operating and care model across multiple markets. This individual will play a critical role in building and executing solutions to ensure Habitat’s continuous operational excellence, scalability, and standardization.

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader who brings structure to complex problems, has a strong operations orientation, and exhibits an ownership mindset. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong program management and stakeholder management skills.
