THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Global Head of Total Rewards to our People Leadership team in New York City

This role will lead the design and evolution of our global compensation and benefits strategy, providing oversight across compensation, incentives, and benefits. It will play a key role in strengthening our offerings in line with our wellness brand, while enabling expansion into new markets and supporting our journey toward becoming a public company.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Visionary Strategy: Define and lead the multi-year Global Total Rewards vision, ensuring alignment with Wellhub’s long-term business strategy and its evolution toward a public company.
  • Organizational Architecture: Architect scalable global compensation and benefits frameworks that balance rigorous global consistency with the necessary local flexibility as the company gains complexity.
  • Brand & Wellness Integration: Shape the organizational narrative by designing rewards practices that make Wellhub the global benchmark for corporate wellness and employee wellbeing.
  • Executive Advisory: Act as a strategic consultant to senior leaders and the board, providing expert guidance on complex leadership decisions, including organizational design and high-impact talent movements.
  • Cycle Leadership: Direct the execution of the annual global compensation and promotion cycles, utilizing data-driven calibration to reward performance and retain talent.
