Talent Specialist (Learning & Talent Development)

We are seeking a Talent Specialist to support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and talent initiatives across the Model N India and global teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Learning & Development experience who enjoys building enablement content, coordinating programs, and supporting enterprise talent initiatives across regions.

This role partners closely with Talent Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to support business-aligned talent priorities, including onboarding, manager development, career growth, and employee capability initiatives for both MNI and global teams. As we continue to modernize our talent programs—including the thoughtful use of AI tools to enhance learning design and operational efficiency—this role will help operationalize and scale these efforts.

The Talent Specialist will focus on execution: building content, coordinating program delivery, maintaining learning platforms, and supporting HRBP-driven talent needs across multiple geographies and time zones.
