Job Description

Hey there!
We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.

Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.

Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.

Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

This role sits at the heart of Operations at Fever, driving efficiency, scalability and excellence across our experiences. You will lead strategic, cross-functional projects while coordinating a team in Madrid, ensuring strong operational execution and alignment with business objectives. Given Fever’s growing global retail activity, you will focus heavily on merchandising operations — overseeing the full lifecycle from planning and forecasting to logistics, inventory management and sales performance. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance and Onsite teams, gaining a 360º view of how our events operate and shaping the way merchandising supports their success.

About the Role:

  • Lead high-performing team, setting clear priorities, strengthening operational excellence and fostering collaboration across internal and external partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of merchandising operations across a portfolio of partners and events, ensuring seamless planning, execution and operational alignment.
  • Oversee strategic planning and financial governance, including forecasting, budgeting, P&Ls, pricing frameworks and order strategies to ensure accuracy and operational rigor.
  • Redesign, optimise and automate merchandising processes, establishing scalable workflows for forecasting, inventory control, logistics, data management and reporting.
  • Manage supply chain, logistics and inventory operations, ensuring visibility, accuracy and operational efficiency throughout the entire merchandise lifecycle.
  • Drive cross-functional project management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and process consistency.

About You:

You are degree qualified, with a project management background. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organized mindset.

  • 3/4+ years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising or similar)
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred, especially in areas such as forecasting, budgeting, inventory control or logistics.
