Job Description
At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.
Overview:
The Senior Technical Product Owner will lead an agile team dedicated to delivering digital experiences built on Salesforce and CXone (call center) platforms. This highly visible role will partner with leadership to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable work for the technical team while ensuring alignment to the overall product vision and strategy. The position is responsible for guiding product roadmaps and releases, defining feature direction, and driving execution to bring modern, scalable solutions to life.
Responsibilities:
Lead an agile technical team to define, design, and implement enhancements across the Salesforce and CXone platforms
Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities with the Scrum Master, ensuring high‐quality, iterative delivery through agile ceremonies and tools
Shape the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture by developing deep knowledge of the integrated tech ecosystem, including middleware and supporting systems
Partner across the organization to translate business needs into clear requirements, maintain communication channels, and drive visibility into solution design for iterative feedback
Maintain compliance with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and cybersecurity

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, or an equivalent mix of Salesforce Product Owner and Senior Salesforce Administrator experience
Extensive practical experience and understanding of sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
Demonstrated ability to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for complex platform capabilities
Hands-on experience with core Salesforce functionality, data models, automation tools (Flow), and cross-cloud capabilities
Proven communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred:
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Product Owner certification
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flow concepts
Experience in regulated environments with working knowledge of HIPAA, security, and compliance standards

Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
