Job Title: Platform Engineer (Automation & Cloud-Native)

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Remote-India

Job Summary

We are looking for a Platform Engineer who is highly programming and automation-centric, with strong expertise in building and managing cloud-native platforms. This role demands hands-on experience in Python development, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes administration, with a focus on automating infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning and platform operations
Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks using Python (mandatory)
Manage and administer Kubernetes clusters (deployments, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting)
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitOps tools like ArgoCD or Flux
Automate deployment, monitoring, and recovery processes across environments
Troubleshoot platform issues, including pod failures, scaling issues, and cluster health
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability
Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance
