Tech Lead (Full Stack)

Role Summary

A Tech Lead (Full Stack) is responsible for leading the design and development of full-stack applications in alignment with IT architecture standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with SDLC processes and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Technical analyst and application design aligned with standard IT blueprint
• Adopt and apply proper technology in development 
• Develop with proper programming language
• Support in technology related information required for developing 
• Keep updated IT application technology to be able to adopt properly
• Apply application development with DLC methodology and comply with regulations 
• Prepare readiness of application systems for business continuity management
• Identifying areas of medication in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications 
• Writing and implementing efficient code with qualified embedded
• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and system analysts 
• Help in team leading in case the leader is absent • Support in code review and standard review related activities 
• Trouble shooting in fixing on the related program solving to ensure the smooth and efficient banking service/operation as 3rd tier support 

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of strong experience in Java, Spring boot, PostgresSQL, and RESTful
• 3+ years of strong experience in ReactJS, TypeScript
• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Agile methodologies 
• Understanding related software design diagrams such as UML, ER, etc.
• Experience in managing a software development team
• Experience with Microservice architecture
• Experience with any public cloud such as Azure, AWS, GCP 
• Experience with Container and Docker Compose is a plus
• Experience in Deployment and DevOps is a plus
• Strong leadership presence
• Able to work in a high-pressure and politically complex environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Very strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
