Title: Activities Aide (Program Leader)
Job Duties: The Activities Aide (Program Leader) will work with residents 1:1 and lead therapeutic recreation groups, including exercise, art, games, snack and coffee service, and more. The Activities Aide (Program Leader) is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing activity programs per current federal, state, and local standards.
Schedule: Part-Time or On-Call (including weekends)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- AA or BA degree in the creative arts or an activities certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in Mental Health is preferred.
