Job Description

Operations is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. Each action we undertake is done on behalf of our customers, as meeting their expectations makes us feel good.
The 3PL Program expands Amazon Brazil's fulfillment capacity through partnerships with Third-Party Logistics providers, using our externalized Amazon Fulfillment Technology (AFT-X) to deliver the same customer experience as Amazon-operated facilities. With plans to launch additional nodes in 2026 across various building types (TNS, IXD, Mixed), the 3PL Program plays a critical role in Amazon Brazil's network expansion strategy.
The 3PL FC Launch Manager will lead end-to-end launches of new 3PL fulfillment centers, from initial scoping through operational go-live and post-launch optimization, following a standardized 5-milestone project management methodology (Scoping, Design & Development, Planning, Go-Live, Completion).
The 3PL launch process is a complex combination of multiple workstreams and phases, from initial network planning requirements through RFI/RFQ execution, contract negotiations, and operational go-live. Each launch requires careful coordination of stakeholders, adherence to strict timelines, and management of both Amazon-internal and 3PL-specific deliverables, all while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and maintaining Amazon's operational standards.

• Manage multi-stakeholder projects following the 5-milestone framework: Scoping (Q), Design & Development (Q), Planning (Q), Go-Live, and Completion (Q)

• Manage escalations and resolve blockers across multiple workstreams

Post-Launch & Continuous Improvement:
• Support launched facilities during stabilization, develop launch playbooks and standardization frameworks
• Conduct lessons learned sessions, document best practices, and drive scalable solutions across multiple 3PL FCs
