CACI International Inc. is excited to announce a new job opportunity available to join our team in support of the Department of Justice’s (DoJ) groundbreaking program aimed at strengthening the infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving user experience across US Marshals Service (USMS) districts. This IT modernization initiative is a critical component of ensuring the effectiveness and security of our nation’s law enforcement operations.

We are looking for an experienced Systems Technical Specialist to join our team on this new contract.  We invite skilled and passionate individuals to join us in support of this transformative mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze organizational policies to ensure alignment with systems governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive governance framework documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct risk analysis and prioritization to identify potential systems governance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide support for compliance auditing to ensure the organization adheres to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assess the impact of emerging technologies on systems governance frameworks and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Integrate federal regulations into the organization’s systems governance framework to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Define and implement governance metrics to measure the effectiveness of systems governance processes and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems governance strategies with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems governance processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Stay current with emerging systems governance technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Participate in the procurement and evaluation of systems governance tools and software.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all systems governance efforts.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of systems governance processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems governance strategies and methodologies.
  • Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire
  • Master’s degree in Systems Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Systems Technical Specialist or in a similar systems governance role.
  • Strong skills in policy interpretation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining governance framework documentation.
  • Experience in conducting risk analysis and prioritization.
  • Expertise in providing support for compliance auditing and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on systems governance frameworks.
  • Experience in integrating federal regulations into organizational systems governance frameworks.
  • Strong skills in defining and implementing governance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired:

  • Certifications such as Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent.
  • Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and software.
  • Knowledge of international regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 31000).
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
