BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Flagstaff. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality home health care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. • Prior home health and OASIS experience required.
• Taking part in weekend on-call rotation required.
• Per diem Opportunity

 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments

• Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• Must have 1 year nursing experience
