THE ROLE

Everpure Storage is looking for an Inside Partner Account Manager (iPAM) to accelerate engagements with Distribution & Resale Partners in Japan.

The successful iPAM will work closely with Partner Account Manager (PAM) to ensure smooth transactions with Distribution & Resale Partners in Japan. The iPAM will also collaborate with the Sales and Operations members to solve sales & operational inquiries from Partners.

As an Inside PAM, you will be responsible for

  • Ensuring operational excellence:
    • Navigate partners with knowledge of partner program details, partner portal and other partner tools
    • Handle deal registration approvals, rejections, extensions, reassignments and issues
    • Field and redirect inbound queries from partners
    • Assist PAMs in onboarding new resellers and distributors 
  • Managing & improving partner related processes:
    • Assessing operational processes and identifying opportunities to streamline
    • Documenting new processes as they are introduced for partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM...

  • Comprehension Skills. Ability to learn internal/external tools, partner programs and processes is the baseline for quickly solving partner inquiries.
  • Operational Acumen. You will be multi-tasked. A strong ability to maneuver through solving different types/levels of issues is a key to expedite closure.
  • Collaboration skills. Owning the conversation with multiple stakeholders internally and externally, as it requires a team to solve partner inquiries.
  • Communication skills in Japanese and English. Native-level Japanese is a must, and the candidate has to be comfortable with Email/Chat communication in English to gain in-region expert support. English speaking ability is a big plus.
  • Problem Solving. Processes are never perfect. A demonstrated ability to improve internal/external processes will help ensuring mid-long term success of partner engagements
