What You’ll Be Doing

视觉创意设计师

负责品牌在Web3领域的创意输出与视觉落地，支持策略组开展的线上/线下活动素材设计，包括但不限于线上活动页面设计、宣传海报设计、视频制作等；
根据项目需求，独立或主导完成多种形式的视觉创作，包括但不限于数字绘画、图形设计、视频拍摄及制作及AI视觉生成等全流程创意工作；
具备专业的Photoshop图像处理与合成能力，能够高效完成高质量修图、视觉特效制作及各类平面设计任务；
具备活动运营视角，能够理解策略意图并协调内外部资源，高效推进多类型视觉项目的完成；
关注Fintech及Web3行业的品牌动态与创意趋势，探索AI等新技术与品牌视觉的创新结合。

Responsible for the creative output and visual implementation of the brand in the Web3 space, supporting the strategy team in designing materials for online/offline activities, including but not limited to online event page design, promotional poster design, and video production.
