Job Description
Principal Product Manager – Brands AI
Location: San Jose, CA
Team: Adobe Firefly Enterprise
About the Role
Adobe is reshaping the enterprise content supply chain with intelligent Brand solutions that change how organizations create, govern, and scale content. At the center of this effort is Brands — a first-of-its-kind AI system that codifies brand identity into machine-readable ontologies and ensures brand fidelity and performance across all creative outputs.
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to work directly with our most strategic enterprise customers, helping them adopt and scale Brands AI within their workflows. You'll operate as a trusted advisor to senior marketing and brand leaders at large, complex organizations — the kind of customers whose needs shape the future direction of the product.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer partnership, and technical execution. You'll be responsible for identifying high-value business use cases, aligning them to Adobe's Brand AI capabilities, and driving measurable outcomes. Because you'll be working with customers who have the most sophisticated brand governance challenges, you'll need to think at a systems level — understanding not just what to build, but how it fits into a customer's broader operating model.
This is a strong fit for someone who is energized by ambiguity, comfortable leading executive-level conversations, and skilled at turning complex AI capabilities into clear business value. Experience in a consulting, strategy, or solutions-oriented product role is especially relevant.
What You'll Do
Define strategic business outcomes. Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify the business problems that matter most — speed-to-market, cost efficiency, brand consistency — and map them to Brand AI capabilities.
Identify and prioritize use cases. Partner across marketing, creative, legal, brand, and IT teams to surface and sequence the use cases with the highest impact. You'll need strong judgment about where to start and what to defer.
Drive workflow integration. Lead the work of embedding Brand AI into existing creative and marketing workflows, tools, and governance processes so adoption feels natural rather than disruptive.
Lead change management. Help customers navigate the organizational and cultural shifts that come with AI adoption. This means building trust, addressing concerns directly, and establishing responsible AI practices.
Collaborate on technical deployment. Work closely with engineering, solution architecture, and data teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Deliver early proof points. Design and run pilots and proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate value quickly, build internal momentum at the customer, and earn executive support for broader rollout.
Measure and communicate value. Define success metrics with the customer, track progress rigorously, and communicate results in terms that resonate with business leaders.
Scale across the organization. Once a use case succeeds in one part of the business, develop the frameworks and playbooks needed to expand adoption across business units and geographies.
What You'll Need
9+ years of experience in product management, business consulting, or strategy roles — ideally in branding, design, or marketing technology
Demonstrated experience working directly with large enterprise customers, including navigating complex organizational structures and influencing senior decision-makers
Ability to think at a systems level — connecting product capabilities, customer workflows, and business outcomes into a coherent strategy
Strong communication skills, with a track record of making technical concepts accessible and compelling to executive audiences
Analytical rigor, with experience defining and measuring the business impact of product and technology investments
Experience translating AI/ML capabilities into practical, adoptable workflows, including guiding organizations through change
Familiarity with creative processes and marketing operations, including how internal teams and external agencies collaborate
Comfort with ambiguity and pace — this is a product area that's still being defined, and you'll have significant ownership over its direction
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or Business
Background in creative tools, experience design, or digital marketing platforms
Experience with ontology design, knowledge graphs, or structured brand systems
Familiarity with enterprise deployment models, including data integration and cloud environments
