About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Role Description: Overview

We are looking for a thoughtful and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant Korea Marketing team. In this role, you won't just be looking at numbers; you will be the "connective tissue" that helps us understand our impact and tells the story of our growth.

This is a special opening dedicated to Persons with Disabilities (PwD). We believe that diverse perspectives make us stronger, and we are committed to providing an environment where you can bring your authentic self to work. You will play a key role in accelerating our digital growth engine through AI-driven analytics and robust data governance, all while working alongside a supportive team that values your unique contribution.

Your Impact: Responsibilities

At Salesforce, we believe in "Doing Well by Doing Good." Your daily journey with us will involve:

  • Nurturing our Data Foundation: You'll help our marketing teams speak a shared language by designing and managing standardized UTM conventions. Think of it as keeping our digital "library" organized so every story we tell is accurate and consistent.

  • Bringing Data to Life: Using Tableau, you'll design beautiful dashboards that translate complex signals into high-impact narratives for our leadership. You'll help us see where we are succeeding and where we can grow together.

  • Innovating with AI: You’ll be at the forefront of the AI era, using tools to optimize our content and automate workflows. We want you to experiment and lead the way in making our marketing smarter and more human.

  • Optimizing the Customer Journey: You’ll lead acquisition strategies across search, social, and display, ensuring we reach the right people with the right message. You’ll also guide our website strategy through A/B testing to ensure a seamless experience for every visitor.

  • Global & Local Harmony: You'll collaborate with our global teams to bring world-class standards to the Korean market, ensuring our digital presence is both globally aligned and locally resonant.

What you’ll bring to the team (Requirements)

  • Experience with a Heart for Growth: 3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops, or Analytics.

  • Analytical Curiosity: A deep understanding of GA4 or Adobe Analytics, and a passion for using Tableau or CRM tools to find meaningful insights.

  • Digital Craftsmanship: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing major platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn.

  • Storytelling Skills: The ability to communicate data-driven insights in a way that inspires and influences others.

  • Self-Driven Spirit: A "Trailblazer" mindset—comfortable defining problems in ambiguous situations and moving projects from a simple concept to a global standard.

Preferred Skills (Nice to haves)

  • AI Enthusiast: Experience with prompt engineering or an interest in AI-driven SEO/GEO strategies.

  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with SQL for data transformation or Python/R for modeling would be wonderful.

  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud) or the Slack platform.

  • Language: Professional fluency in English to enjoy collaborating with our global Ohana.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
