Where You Will Work:  

Davidson Pediatric Clinic Established in 1978, the Davidson Clinic has been a trusted part of the Lake Norman community for nearly 50 years. We provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Over time, our practice has grown and evolved, including the formation of two distinct care teams: Primary Care Davidson Clinic and Levine Children’s Davidson Pediatrics. What hasn’t changed is our unwavering commitment to caring for our patients as we would care for our own families.

We’re Looking For:  

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices  
  • Ambulatory and outpatient pediatric experience strongly preferred,
  • Inpatient pediatric experience acceptable
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred 
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association   
  • Strong pediatric clinical judgment and assessment skills
  • Ability to triage symptoms and guide parents appropriately

What You’ll Do:  

  • Establishes therapeutic relationships with pediatric patients and parents/caregivers
  • Performs pediatric assessments and supports evidence‑based clinical decisions
  • Communicates clearly and accurately with pediatricians and care team members
  • Administers pediatric immunizations per established guidelines
  • Performs pediatric lab draws and specimen collection (preferred)
  • Demonstrates accountability to nursing standards, policies, and procedures
