Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an ambitious and experienced Associate or Associate Director to join our Valuation & Strategic Advisory team in Sweden. This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the country’s most respected valuation professionals, advising leading domestic and international real estate investors from our centrally located Stockholm office on Regeringsgatan 59.

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical expertise with commercial instinct. A professional who is not only technically skilled but also curious, ambitious, and confident in developing and managing client relationships. A genuine interest in the real estate industry is essential.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality valuation and strategic advisory assignments, including complex and high-profile mandates.

  • Lead and coordinate valuation projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional client service.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with major clients, and actively contribute to business development and client acquisition.

  • Support and mentor junior valuers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Engage in industry events, forums, and training to stay ahead of market trends and expand your professional network.

  • Integrate ESG considerations into valuation processes and reporting, ensuring alignment with evolving standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Professional valuer certification (e.g., MRICS, Samhällsbyggarna) is required.

  • Significant experience in commercial real estate valuation, ideally with exposure to institutional clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to secure and manage large client relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound professional judgment.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex insights clearly and confidently.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with valuation tools and software.
