The Opportunity
In this role, you will support our hardest hires: spotting, engaging, and converting top talent for our complex and niche roles. You’ll also advise Sourcing leadership, surfacing inefficiencies and opportunities and driving critical projects that raise the bar and help remove barriers across the team.
In this Role, you’ll get to:

Proactively source and engage senior-level candidates for critical/low-supply roles and manage your candidates in the first steps of their hiring process.

Set the standard for world-class outreach, candidate experience and key stakeholders’ collaboration (both within Talent Acquisition and the business teams you support).

Diagnose funnel health and team performance for the whole Sourcing team to uncover gaps - and close them.

Use data and market signals to build business cases that influence processes, tools choices, team upskilling and key strategy shifts.

Identify and launch sourcing-enablement initiatives aligned to business needs.

Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects (scope, metrics, milestones) and orchestrate cross-functional execution. Those projects can be related to process improvement, tools automation or overall upskilling initiatives within the team (recent events internally could be leading CRM roll out for rediscovery, implementing a Structured Hiring Process across all roles and departments or automating reporting).
