We are looking for a Director of Brand Marketing to lead the next evolution of our brand growth with a digital-first mindset. This is a role for a modern brand builder who deeply understands how culture moves across social platforms, how creators shape consumer behavior, and how powerful storytelling drives both brand and business impact. 

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, social media, influencer ecosystems, and go-to-market execution. You will lead a team responsible for social media, community management, influencers, and ambassadors, while partnering cross-functionally to bring innovation launches and tentpole brand moments to life. 

We are looking for someone who can elevate how Open Farm shows up across social and creator ecosystems, raising the creative bar, driving scale, and delivering breakthrough work that earns attention and drives engagement. The ideal candidate combines creative instincts with data-driven rigor, knows how to take smart risks while staying true to the brand, and can connect digital engagement to measurable brand and business performance. 

This is a role for someone who wants to build and scale a modern brand and is excited to challenge the status quo to make it happen.
