Position Description:

Responsible to provide application support to the sales team in different customer segments to meet or exceed sales targets.
Work with the local sales team to expand existing business, identify and develop new business and opportunities.
Provide product presentations, demos, troubleshooting and technical training to customers.
Drive and support strategic partnership and collaborations through workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
Conduct market intelligence and understand customer’s research areas for product and solution positioning.
Provide technical training to the sales team to increase knowledge and effectiveness.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D in Biotechnology, Biology, Molecular Biology or related studies.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Research and applications support is an advantage.
Knowledge of Life Science and/or Molecular Diagnostics markets with strong technical capabilities.

Personal Requirements:

Able to work independently and a good team player.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
