We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise applications that support internal operations across the organization. This includes ownership of initiatives related to an in-house platform for project orchestration, time-tracking, and operational management, as well as other enterprise systems.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, product maintenance, and enterprise technology. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while continuously improving the tools and processes that support global teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of enterprise systems.
Key responsabilities:
Project Leadership & Team Coordination
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, including feature enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business goals and other Project Managers on the team.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery, rollout, and post-implementation review.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including front-end developers, back-end engineers, and system administrators.
- Oversee initiatives related to internal platforms supporting project orchestration, time-tracking, and operational workflows.
- Ensure systems are aligned with business needs and global operational processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize enhancements, manage dependencies, and support scalable architecture decisions.
- Apply Agile and hybrid project management methodologies to deliver solutions iteratively.
- Facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives when relevant.
- Support technical teams by ensuring clear requirements, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain clear project documentation including roadmaps, project plans, requirements, and implementation documentation.
- Ensure documentation and governance standards are maintained across projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate alignment across global teams and departments.
- Manage expectations, communicate progress, and escalate risks when necessary.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology, enterprise applications, or digital product environments.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams, including front-end and back-end developers.
- Strong experience managing projects involving enterprise systems, ERPs, or custom-built applications.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
