Our European operations are expanding rapidly under the MiCA regulatory framework, and we are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our licensed MiCA entity’s operations in the EEA.

About the Role

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our MiCA-regulated entity in the European Economic Area (EEA), you will oversee all operational aspects of the business, aligning daily execution with strategic objectives, driving regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational performance. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong cross-functional coordination, regulatory fluency, and a proactive approach to risk and performance management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Executive Operations & Strategy

Lead day-to-day business operations of the MiCA-licensed entity, aligning with the long-term vision of OKX in Europe.
Drive operational excellence by implementing scalable processes, enhancing internal systems, and delivering strategic initiatives.
Track and report on key operational KPIs, including customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and risk management.
Support the CEO of Europe and partner with global and regional leadership teams on strategic planning and execution
