General Summary:

The Designer will be a key member of the Photo Operations team within Global Content Operations, working closely with the Photo Services Manager to fulfil image requirements for direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms across Latin America (LATAM). This role ensures that all visual assets meet the highest standards while being regionally and locally appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Photo Services Manager on providing all image deliverables for LATAM
  • Independently design, create, and localize Key Arts based on available assets for LATAM markets.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across a high volume of image execution for multiple brands, adhering to brand guidelines and products specifications
  • Collaborate with global Photo Operations team to receive, localize and distribute artwork for HBO Max and other teams within LATAM
  • Serve as the expert on visual asset localization and adaptation for cross-functional teams (XFN).
  • Liaise with internal & external cross functional team as required.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in creative agencies or creative departments
  • Experience in entertainment, DTC, or B2C creative development for different markets across LATAM
  • Proficient understanding of creative development best practice, across multiple channels
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality image assets at scale under multiple constraints.

Competencies we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skill in English as a key international business language
  • Fluent in reading & writing Spanish (Native speaker is a plus)
  • Understanding and eye for great storytelling image assets despite limited context
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to provide executional creative feedback.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and result driven with minimal supervision
  • IT savvy, familiar with Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to be incredibly receptive to feedback and adaptive to change
