Job Description:

负责制定并执行公司产品的临床教育与培训策略,通过系统化的知识传递和技能培训,提升内外部客户对产品的认知与操作熟练度,从而推动产品规范化临床应用,建立公司在该领域的学术领导地位。

1. 培训体系与内容开发

  • 根据产品生命周期(上市前、导入期、成长期)及市场需求,制定年度专业教育计划及预算。

  • 开发标准化的培训课程体系,包括产品原理、适应症、操作规范、并发症处理及故障排除等。

  • 制作多元化的培训材料,如PPT、手术/操作视频、3D解剖模型、病例集、评估试题等。

2. 外部培训实施

  • 外部客户培训: 组织并实施针对全国重点医院医生的培训班、研讨会、动物实验(如需)或模拟器操作演练,提升术者技能水平。

  • 区域支持: 指导并支持区域市场人员或临床专员开展本地化的小型培训活动。

3. 关键意见领袖(KOL)与合作中心管理

  • 建立并维护全国/区域级KOL专家网络,邀请其参与课程设计、担任培训讲师。

  • 协助遴选并认证“区域培训中心”或“卓越中心”,打造标准化的带教基地RTC/DTC。

4. 培训效果评估与优化

  • 建立培训考核机制,通过实操评估、随堂测试、临床随访等方式追踪培训效果。

  • 收集学员反馈及临床使用中的常见问题,持续迭代课程内容与教学方法。

5. 学术合规与跨部门协作

  • 确保所有教育活动符合国家卫健委、药监局及公司内部的合规政策。

  • 与市场部配合新品上市策略,与研发部沟通产品技术细节,与法规部确认培训内容合规性。
