You’ll become part of the small effective team delivering Continuous Improvement, Focused Improvement, Supply Excellence and Learning & Development.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and improve site performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Service and Efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including time loss and productivity optimisation
  • Manage capital projects and assess site capacity to meet future demand
  • Build and justify investment cases aligned to site and regional strategy
  • Act as the supply lead for all factory activities (NPD, changes, transfers)
  • Balance cost, complexity and service to drive the best outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders to deliver results

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in manufacturing / supply chain (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong background in performance improvement, capacity or IE
  • Exposure to capital projects and business case development
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Confidence to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Lean / TPM / Continuous Improvement experience (highly regarded)
