Structural Designer

We are seeking a technically minded and delivery‑driven mid‑level Structural Designer / Modeller to join our diverse and highly regarded Brisbane team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career with a global market leader.

You will work as part of a collaborative and multi‑disciplinary team that is committed to delivering quality outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the BIM delivery of structural engineering projects across Defence, Maritime, and Infrastructure sectors.

The KBR Brisbane team is currently involved in some of Australia’s most iconic projects, offering you the opportunity to demonstrate and further develop your technical capability, design expertise, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver BIM and structural documentation for multi‑disciplinary engineering projects

• Support project delivery in line with agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements

• Contribute to Defence, Maritime, and Infrastructure projects

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders

• Support continuous improvement, efficiency, and best‑practice BIM delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Design or Engineering

• A few years’ experience using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

• Experience working on projects within Defence, Maritime, or Infrastructure sectors

• Sound understanding of BIM delivery for both government and non‑government projects
