We are disrupting the industry by developing world-class travel and B2B solutions for our clients around the globe.

The Mastercard Wholesale Program team is looking for a Manager, B2B Travel Expert Sales AP and EEMEA to assure continued growth and strengthening of Mastercard’s leadership position in the B2B travel industry. The ideal candidate has strong business development skills, a passion to interact with customers, is highly motivated, intellectually curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
The Manager, B2B Travel Expert Sales is responsible for delivering B2B Travel Gross Dollar Volume (GDV) and Net Revenue KPIs across the customers allocated to their portfolio, as well as through new business development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the B2B Travel performance of assigned accounts in collaboration with the Account Managerss, tracking performance, and supporting strategic customers in growing their B2B Travel business
• Identifying new opportunities and assessing the opportunity pipeline
• Being the go-to person for support in the resolution of B2B Travel related queries from assigned accounts
• Building strong expertise and insights in the B2B Travel market through ongoing market assessment and partner engagement
• Monitoring market trends and assessing Issuer needs in the travel space, with a particular focus on B2B payments

All About You

• Deep knowledge of the B2B Travel payments industry is a MUST
• Experience in Business Development and Account Management, preferably in the B2B Travel space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong collaborator, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a highly cross-functional and international environment.
• Self motivator / self starter and result oriented.
• Strong planning, organizational, prioritization skills and demonstrated track record in delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
