What are we looking for?

The Project & Campaign Assistant Manager is responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and evaluating sales campaigns and strategic projects to drive business performance. The role focuses on campaign effectiveness, cost efficiency, performance analysis, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize APE generation and business productivity across regions and branches.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Assist in designing, coordinating, and implementing sales campaigns and incentive programs.

  • Support development of engaging and motivating campaigns aligned with business objectives.

  • Modify and enhance campaigns to ensure competitiveness and staff engagement.

  • Track R&R (Rewards & Recognition) campaign performance using structured matrices and dashboards. Analyze campaign effectiveness including Overall performance, performing vs non-performing branches, Region-wise and cluster-wise results, Monitor Cost to APE Ratio and ROI for all campaigns and events.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on underperforming branches and campaigns.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify cost-effective methods to improve leads-to-conversion ratio.

  • Coordinate campaign motivation communication through Regional Heads (RH) and Branch Channel Managers (BCM).

  • Ensure consistent campaign messaging and alignment across branches.

  • Evaluate ROI of events and incentive programs.

  • Monitor event budgets and measure outcomes against targets.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for International Trip Campaign alignment and facilitation.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Training, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Track management-initiated projects and report progress (on track/delay).

  • Ensure proper alignment with management, stakeholders, and initiative owners.

  • Support implementation of strategic business initiatives.

  • Capture lessons learned from previous campaigns.

  • Develop best practices for future campaign planning and execution.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales support, campaign management, project coordination, or business analytics.

  • Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in performance tracking and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related fields.

  • Professional certifications in Project Management or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
