Position Overview
Woolpert is hiring a CE&I Discipline Leader to join our dynamic Infrastructure Team . This position reports to the Infrastructure Director of Operations and is responsible for managing CE&I discipline resources to meet discipline goals. This position is key in maintaining and improving employee satisfaction and effectiveness, and quality and timeliness of deliverables within the CE&I discipline. The CE&I Discipline Leader is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and supervising CE&I Team Leaders. Additionally, they will develop team goals and structures that are aligned with corporate objectives, identify cost-saving opportunities, manage project finances effectively, and shape discipline strategies.

What You Will Do:
- Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and supervise CE&I Team Leaders.
- Develop team goals and structures aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage project finances effectively.
- Shape discipline strategies and gain hands-on experience in brand development and positioning.
- Meet yearly market goals aligned with vision, strategy, structure, and staffing.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage CE&I Team Leaders across the Unite
