  • Proactively identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and implement solutions that improve speed, quality, compliance, and overall operational performance.
  • Establish and govern global standards for operational excellence, including audits, compliance controls, and adherence to internal policies and external labor laws.
  • Oversee and optimize relationships with external vendors (e.g., RPO providers, background check providers, and technology partners), ensuring service quality, performance, and compliance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Procurement, and Data, Digital & Technology teams to ensure alignment, mitigate risk, and enhance the overall hiring ecosystem.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Create clarity across a broad portfolio by prioritizing initiatives that drive the greatest impact for TA and Takeda.
