Role Overview
We are seeking a CDP Implementation Analyst who brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and business analysis, responsible for implementing and optimizing Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions that drive meaningful customer experiences and business outcomes.
You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions—owning everything from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and stakeholder enablement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Strategy
- Partner with stakeholders to define business goals, customer journeys, and CDP use cases
- Translate requirements into measurable outcomes and prioritized implementation roadmaps
- Conduct discovery workshops and define KPIs to track success
2. CDP Implementation & Data Architecture
- Design customer data models, event taxonomies, and identity resolution frameworks
- Configure CDP features such as segmentation, event tracking, and data ingestion (real-time/batch)
- Build and manage integrations across Martech systems (CRM, CMS, ESP, etc.)
- Ensure scalable and high-performance data architecture
3. Data Governance & Quality
- Establish data governance standards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., DPDP, GDPR) and consent management
4. Activation & Optimization
- Enable audience activation across channels (email, web, mobile, paid media)
- Support personalization and journey orchestration using CDP insights
- Monitor performance and drive continuous optimization and experimentation
5. Delivery, Collaboration & Enablement
- Lead end-to-end CDP implementation including testing, QA, and deployment
- Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and engineering teams
- Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality
- Drive stakeholder enablement, adoption, and training
6. Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Document architecture, data flows, and use cases
