We are seeking a highly experienced Deskside Support / Digital Workplace Support Manager to lead global deskside team and drive excellence in end‑user support. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, people management skills, and proven experience in vendor and contract management for laptops, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage global deskside support engineers across multiple regions.
  • Provide hands‑on technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Oversee incident resolution, hardware replacement, and VIP support ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Drive digital workplace initiatives including automation, self‑service, and modern device management.
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware, accessories, and workplace services.
  • Negotiate contracts for laptops, mobile devices, and accessories with vendors to optimize cost and service quality.
  • Collaborate with ITSM, Security, Cloud, and Network teams to ensure seamless end‑user experience.
  • Implement and enforce device lifecycle management (procurement, onboarding, patching, retirement).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and workplace security standards
  • Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
  • Mentor and develop deskside engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.

Experience, Education and other Required:

  • Experience: 15+ years in IT end‑user support, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Windows, macOS, mobile device management (MDM), and collaboration tools (M365, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation for workplace devices.
  • Experience managing global deskside teams with diverse cultural and geographical contexts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ITIL v4 certification preferred.

Technologies: Endpoint troubleshooting (Laptop, Printer, Mobile device, VDI), Patching, CMDB, ITIL, ITSM tool.
