Area Service Director North Eastern Europe
Leads the Service organization across North Eastern Europe, with responsibility for Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ukraine. Provides strategic and operational leadership for Field Service operations, managing both direct service teams and indirect channel partners.


 

Job Description

Activities & Responsibilities

  • Act as an escalation point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
  • Ensure successful operations planning and execution, ensuring compliance with quality, timeliness, and cost standards.
  • Accountable for P&L in designed area,
  • Impulse & empower to drive improvements projects/ efficiency in order to meet commitments of the P&L
  • Contributes to strategy & organize efficiently the workforce planning and localization
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing technical and business support.
  • Drive field business with a strong collaboration other function for a successful franchise
  • Drive lean mindset and continuous improvement within the department
  • Secure full adoption and execution of the teams to EHS & compliance
  • Go to Gemba to stay close to the Field and understand what challenges they face
  • Create an environment of growth mindset, customer focus through an inspiring leadership

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

  • Proven Experience as a people leader in healthcare industry.
  • Strong business environment and key drivers’ knowledge
  • Knowledge of the competition of Healthcare Market
  • Ability to manage complex technical issues and coordinate with field teams.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and coach others through problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English

Pay Range

For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:380 000,00PLN-522 500,00PLN

Placement within this range depends on:

  • Relevant skills and qualifications

  • Prior job-related experience

  • Internal equity considerations (alignment with colleagues in similar roles) e.t.c.
