Right Way Garage Doors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Gate & Commercial Service Manager to lead our Commercial Install and Service teams and help take our operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee gate/commercial garage door service and installation teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Manage all department operations, including sales, dispatch, pricing, inventory, fleet maintenance, hiring, and training.
Create and execute marketing plans, internal promotions, goal tracking, and lead generation programs.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes as well as safety and service standards.
Provide technical support and ongoing coaching to team members.
Hire, onboard, and evaluate technicians to maintain top-tier talent.
Monitor team performance to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with leadership to generate departmental reports and budgets.
Respond quickly to service issues, maintain operational uptime, and track inventory and fleet usage.
Handle scheduling needs with flexibility, including availability for emergencies, weekends, or holidays as needed.
