The Cardiovascular Health (CVH) unit at Resolve to Save Lives (RTSL) provides technical assistance in developing cardiovascular disease prevention programs to help countries improve their people's heart health. Working with our partners to improve the control of high blood pressure, reduce salt intake, and eliminate trans fats from the global food supply, the CVH team has helped save countless lives from cardiovascular disease.

Position Summary

In Indonesia, RTSL is working with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Association of Indonesian Local Health Offices (ADINKES) to implement the WHO HEARTS technical package. The Hypertension Control Policy and Program Implementation Consultant will work with ADINKES and the Global Hypertension Team of Resolve to Save Lives to support the Government of Indonesia's Ministry of Health (MOH) in scaling up hypertension control through the implementation of the WHO HEARTS technical package. The Consultant will support strategic planning, capacity building, coordination with national and sub-national stakeholders, development of policy strategies, and implementation of best practices at the primary health care (PHC) level to advance hypertension control.
