We are looking for HR Business Partner to join our team.
Role Purpose
The HRBP serves as the primary strategic and operational partner for R&D People Leaders and employees. This role is responsible for driving organizational health through effective leadership support, talent development programs, and meticulous HR operational management.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Leadership Partnership & Employee Relations
Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted consultant to R&D People Leaders on HR processes, organizational policies, and employee engagement.
Performance & Talent Management: Drive the end-to-end performance cycle (LDR) execution, including goal - setting, status reporting, and data-driven results analysis.
Complex Case Management: Lead sensitive employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Leadership Governance: Facilitate leadership meetings, managing the rhythm of weekly meetings and HR processes governance.
2. Talent Development & Learning (L&D)
Program Orchestration: End-to-end management of the internal Mentoring Program and specialized R&D training initiatives.
Facilitation: Design and deliver workshops and webinars focused on professional development and organizational culture (e.g., cross-cultural collaboration).
Knowledge Strategy: Curate and maintain internal knowledge sharing platforms to foster a continuous learning environment.
3. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
Data Stewardship: Ensure total data integrity within Workday and internal HR systems, collaborating with Controlling to maintain accurate reporting.
Lifecycle Excellence: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding facilitation to conducting insightful exit interviews.
Service Delivery (GPS): Act as the key liaison for Global People Services, managing the seamless flow and synchronization of employment documentation.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce Ethics & Compliance (ECO) standards and coordinate Health & Safety (H&S) training requirements to ensure a compliant workplace.
Candidate Requirements:
Technical Expertise
HR Systems: Advanced proficiency in Workday or equivalent Tier-1 HCM systems.
Business Tools: Strong command of MS Office, with an emphasis on creating high-impact presentations (PowerPoint) and managing data (Excel).
Labor Compliance: Solid understanding of local labor laws, specifically regarding both Employment Contracts and B2B arrangements.
Professional Competencies
Communication & Facilitation: Highly skilled at presenting to and influencing diverse audiences, from junior employees to R&D leadership.
Organizational Agility: Ability to manage high-volume administrative workflows and ticket systems without losing sight of strategic priorities.
High Discretion: Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with maturity and professional empathy.
