RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Capital Markets practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of securities services practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing business architecture frameworks and solution design for top-tier Financial Services clients.

This project is a Business Analyst within a Credit & Lending function.  You will support project and delivery teams in ensuring the smooth execution of daily project operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand credit and lending requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts including process maps, capability models, operating models, and end‑to‑end credit workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline credit origination, servicing, and lifecycle processes, recommending practical and achievable solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between current‑state lending capabilities and future regulatory, operational, or business requirements.
• Lead workshops and working sessions with front‑office, credit risk, operations, and technology teams to align on requirements, design decisions, and scope.
• Produce detailed documentation covering credit processes, system interactions, controls, and end‑to‑end workflows to support implementation and delivery.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Strong Business Analysis or Consulting experience, particularly in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design. 
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across credit and lending operations, risk, product, and technology functions.
• Exposure to Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives is preferred but not mandatory.
• Solid experience documenting credit and loan processes, workflow dependencies, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical capability to identify process gaps and drive process optimisation or future‑state design.
• Good understanding of credit and lending products, such as corporate loans, bilateral or syndicated lending, loan servicing, or trade finance.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments while supporting large‑scale transformation programmes.
