Job Overview

Are you a go-getter with a relentless hunter mentality and a passion for closing new business? As a B2B Sales & Business Development Executive focused on ExpressVPN for Teams (https://teams.expressvpn.com/), you will own outbound prospecting and new revenue generation into SMB organisations across priority markets (notably the US & Canada). You’ll run high-velocity cold outreach, book and qualify pipeline, lead demo conversations, and close deals. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing and product and is perfect for someone who thrives on building high-volume pipeline and hitting ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end outbound sales for ExpressVPN for Teams: LinkedIn, cold email, phone, InMail and targeted account plays.
  • Build, qualify and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities 
  • Book and run qualification calls and demos, manage deal progression and close revenue.
  • Consistently hit activity, pipeline and revenue KPIs (daily outbound touches, meetings booked, opportunities created, AOV targets).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene and forecasting (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships and Product to refine messaging, pilot structures and GTM plays.
  • A/B test sequences and cadences, iterate on messaging and share learnings across the team.
  • Represent ExpressVPN professionally in all external interactions and manage customer expectations through to contract signature.

Role Requirements / Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years’ experience in SDR / BDR / New Business or front-line B2B sales roles (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven hunter with a track record of cold outreach success and consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience selling to SMBs / mid-market customers — comfortable with high-volume outreach and shorter sales cycles.
  • Demonstrable experience targeting the US and/or Canadian markets (time-zone awareness and buyer cadence).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong cold outreach copywriting skills.
  • Comfortable with aggressive activity targets and persistent follow-up.
  • Strong organisational skills and disciplined CRM/process management.
  • Native or near-native English fluency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling security, privacy, VPN, or productivity tools.
  • Demo / product walkthrough experience.
  • Familiarity with seat-based licensing and subscription billing.
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesloft, or similar outbound platforms.
