Job Description

The Americas Employee Experience (EEx) team is the face of HR to employees across the region, supporting the full employee lifecycle and partnering with leaders to deliver a consistent, positive experience.

We support employees across four key countries: United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, with dedicated EEx Managers for each region. While Brazil and Mexico are primarily supported by a regional partner based in Brazil, our team regularly collaborates across borders to share best practices and provide coverage when needed.

This role will focus on supporting the Product & Technology and Global Security Office business units in the U.S. and Canada, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, while partnering closely with peers across the Americas team.

The Americas EEx team is led by the Senior Director, Regional Employee Experience, who oversees both Compliance and EEx, and is composed of three Senior EEx Managers aligned to major business units. This position reports directly to the Senior EEx Manager supporting Product & Technology and Global Security Office, ensuring alignment with MongoDB’s commercial priorities and leadership expectations.

Summary

MongoDB is hiring an Employee Experience (EEx) Manager to join our Americas EEx team as a key individual contributor. This role will be aligned to our Product & Technology and Global Security Office business units and act as the primary point of contact for escalated employee questions, performance management support, and employee relations matters.

You will partner closely with HRBPs, Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Workplace to ensure a seamless employee experience across the full lifecycle; from onboarding through offboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth, fast-changing environment, brings sound judgment to sensitive situations, and has strong knowledge of employment practices within the U.S. and beyond.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Austin or New York City for our hybrid working model.
